Custom Rug offerings for your space. Our mohair rugs are hand-spun, hand dyed and hand woven using African looms in a process dating back to the eleventh century. Our looms are located in Eswatini/Swaziland and South Africa. 

Mohair is a unique and durable fibre that comes from the Angora goat (not to be confused with angora wool, which comes from rabbits); it is hypoallergenic, soft and shiny, crease resistant and non-flammable with a very high lanolin content. It is considered one of the most premium and exclusive wools. 

Our Angora goats and any other animals we spin fibres from are treated humanely and are extremely well cared for. Wool is a natural, renewable and recyclable material. We respectfully utilize yarns/wool from Yak, Goat and Sheep. 

The products s are packaged in ecologically friendly and recyclable materials to minimize waste while securely protecting the contents.
